Purchasing our Products
Some of our products are handmade and mainly use natural materials and dyes and so are subject to natural variation in colour or patterns. For recycled products such as the People Tree Recycled Yarn Socks and FAIR Jeevika bags we will endeavour to match the items closely to the image and will contact you about specific colours if relevant.
Postage and packing is £3.45 for all UK orders.
Goods will be sent out the first working day after your order has been confirmed by Paypal. Your order will be confirmed by email and you will be notified if there are any delays. We will always contact you if goods are out of stock.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope you will be really happy with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item, this can be done within 7 days, so long as the item is still in a saleable condition and still has the labels attached.
To return an item please contact us by email first. Please note that unless an item is faulty we cannot refund the postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not be able to provide a refund for any goods that appear to have been used. We also recommend you obtain proof of posting (available free of charge at post office counters) when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to FAIR. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
We will provide a full refund for all faulty goods. Goods may be returned by 1st or 2nd class mail or Royal Mail standard parcel service if heavy. For returns of orders over £100 please use special delivery.
